MCS joined World International Freight Forwarder Alliance (WIFFA and JC Trans), the largest freight forwarder networks, with more than 2000 members in more than 200 countries, providing a comprehensive global coverage through selected agents known for their professionalism and financial strength.
MCS collaborates with many agents, freight forwarders, and is present in various ports and airports,in order to ensure a secure door-to-door service for our customers.
Our agents are asked to negotiate freight rates in the countries of departure, contact the factories and check the information relating to the shipments, especially the packing information and the date of cargo availability in order to book the first available flight or vessel. MCS is notified in real time of the shipping status by messaging, which will be updated and all data are transmitted to our customers.
Our agents arrange shipments on behalf of the factory, depending on the Incoterms, as well as provide all the logistic services such as picking up by truck or by barge, customs formalities, packaging, freight reservation.
Our partners are also a reliable channel of information for being informed about the customs regulations abroad or concerning the solvency of a foreign company.
